Mission Statement

Mississippi AHEAD's mission is to provide a statewide communication network that offers support and development opportunities to post-secondary disability service providers in the state of Mississippi, and to promote activities that strengthen the professionalism, expertise, and competency of personnel working with students with disabilities at two- and four-year, public and private institutions of higher education. Mississippi AHEAD is committed to the principles of equal access, inclusion, and opportunity for all qualified students with disabilities to fully participate in higher education and in society.
